Our theme for Advent is, "God moved into the Neighborhood." We are taking the time to remember the Incarnation, when God came to dwell among us by taking on flesh (John 1:14). In Hebrews 2 we see two reasons that Jesus took on human nature: to taste death and to learn mercy.
