During this COVID season, uncertainty is leading many people to anxiety. In Psalm 131 we see that King David has calmed his soul; it is now like a quiet baby that has had its fill of milk. His soul is calm and satisfied amidst a life of turmoil. David achieves this through keeping his heart humble and through waiting prayer.
