The Last Supper

As Jesus entered Jerusalem, he knew that he was walking to his death. In chapters fourteen and fifteen Mark explores the meaning of Jesus' death on the cross. This week Jesus will celebrate the Jewish Passover claiming that his death is a blood sacrifice making the covenant available for many.
