Salvation From Sin

When the Angel came to Joseph to announce the birth of Jesus he said this, "[Mary] She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." In this story we see that salvation from sins has two halves. Forgiveness from sin and restoration of sinners.
