Missions Highlight - Guatemala City Missions Trip (Fritz Baylen)

LeaderImpact Global Exchange - Guatemala City

With a team of 16 from across Canada, Fritz Baylen headed to Guatemala City on February 1-8, 2025 for a LeaderImpact Global Exchange. It was an amazing experience for him and the other team members as they trusted and relied on God to open doors and help them share their life stories. Despite several members experiencing delays in travel and illnesses, God used this team to impact almost 1,200 people with their stories and the gospel.

The first day after arrival, Fritz met the rest of the Canadian team and visited the nearby city of Antigua before meeting the Guatemalan LeaderImpact team. This was followed by 2 days of training and preparation to go out and meet local leaders. The rest of the days were packed with many events and meetings where our speakers shared their professional experience and their testimonies. In many cases, they were also able to share the Gospel. From a radio show to the Congress, to nurses, architecture students and businesses, praise God that the team was able to impact many lives. 49 people decided for the first time to follow Christ and 151 renewed their commitment to God!

We are so thankful to our partners who made this trip possible. Your prayers and financial support enabled Fritz and the rest of the team to boldly go and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, to make a real difference in their lives and the lives of those they met.
