AGM Agenda & Registration

Good morning FLC! And a happy Easter to all of you! At this time, I would like to let you know that the AGM Agenda is now posted on our FLC website, along with the complete list of elder candidates (FLC AGM & Elder Candidates 2021 pdf). You’ll be able to see an introduction on each of the 6 candidates so that you can get to know them better. In addition, there will be a “Get to Know Our Elder Candidates” sharing meeting on April 18 at 2 pm on Zoom. I want to encourage all of you to join us for that as the elder candidates will be sharing a bit more about themselves, their families, their involvement with our church over the years and also their vision for Fraser Lands Church.

On the day of our AGM, on Sunday April 25, 2021, we’ll have a Combined Worship Service at 10 am, where our whole church will gather together online to give thanks & worship our Lord! After the service, at 11:30 am, we will have our Annual General Meeting to elect our elders, to elect our Elder Nominating Committee for this coming year, and to celebrate what the Lord has done in our church this past year!  

Now, in order for you to join us for the AGM, you’ll need to register ahead of time so that we can send you a Zoom link, and to pre-register you to vote if you’re a member of FLC. Each member who is intending to vote will need to register separately and log into the AGM on your own computer/device so that you can cast your vote appropriately during the election process. If you are not a member of FLC, you’re more than welcome to join us for our AGM, but you will still need to register ahead of time to receive a Zoom link. The registration deadline for the AGM is on April 19th so I encourage you to do so as soon as you can by clicking on the link below and fill out the registration form. Thanks so much everyone!
